Alan is a professional Children's Entertainer and appears regularly at Private and Corporate functions, Schools, Carnivals, Fetes, Playgroups, Handicapped Centres, in fact anywhere children want fun and laughter. Alan's audiences have ranged from 6 to over 600 and ages from 2 to 100 years. He presents his shows in costume as 'The Wizard', 'Wizz The Magic Clown', 'Al The Magical Tramp' or 'Mr. Glitter The Magician'. His shows include puppets and real live rabbits. He has appeared on TV, Film and Stage and is a member of Equity.

He provides several different shows lasting up to an hour, with a great deal of audience participation. His shows can be adapted to suit any venue and age, indoors or out. Alan can also run the whole party for you with games, music, competitions and magic show.

He won Children's Entertainer of the Year in 1997, to become the first in Devon to win this award. The late Dennis Vickery of The Devon Magic Circle, who for the past 30 years was the South West's premier Children's Entertainer, presented this.

Alan's shows include mini illusions which he has either revamped, made or invented himself especially for children. Many tricks are designed to suit the latest craze out at the time. Over the years Alan has been asked if he could save parents money, time and trouble by supplying gifts and party bags. He now supplies these at greatly reduced retail prices. If he is given enough time he can also produce that special gift by magic. Nothing is impossible.
